Sport is an activity to train body, physical, and spiritual where people who do the exercise regularly will get benefits such abundant body to be fit and fresh, balance body between weight and height, athletic body which we will support also with confidence in theirselves to be more and more because of the body become an athletic and balanced and good for health.


However, in the fact that in this life are the people do not want to exercise because people are busy with their respective job and activity, so they could not exercise. This is an unhealthy way of life where balance activity with eat and lack of exercise will lead to the lack of balance in the body. For example of an unbalanced body is living activities between occupation with eating such as brains and energy are often depleted in the work of people / individual in a society.
