What do you think about depression? Scary? Surely, this attack some people, maybe almost all the people. Both celebrities and viewers celebrities, the rich and the poor are often snobs happy. Small children and big kids. And of course, it is not good for our health and psychic.


What is depression? Depression is same as sad feeling, moody, angry, and misery. People generally use the term depression to explain the condition involving sadness and negative emotions are disturbing, resentment, a sense of no self, not powered, and even suicidal inclination to commit suicide (APA, 1994). Statistics from the World Health Organization states that depression claimed more than 850,000 lives each year.

There are two kind of depressions: light depression and major depression. Light depression come and go by itself, signed with sad and moody. Major depression is signed by useless feeling or fault also often get the physical indicator like weight loss, headaches, and also malaise. Patients with major depression tend to withdraw, do not care about the environment, as well as limited physical activity.

There are 6 theraphies for decrease the depression :

1. Do not be panic and paranoid.
Do not often think about the worst possible that happened. It will make you easier to feel worry or anxiety and your bravery will be down. Try learn to sincere and do the way of your life and reality. So, you will be not easy to feel depressed or anxiety

2. Avoid from over thinking.
One of the people's habit that make him stress is when he get over thinking. Make limit for this habit with more realize than just think about it. Over thinking can make you feel anxious and always think negative.

3. Focus on positive.
Try to more focus on many positive thing in your life. Stop think what people say about you. All the people have disadvantage but also strength for break the limit with advantage. If you think about negative thing, it just make you feel bad and will make you easy to sick.

4. Do not think true or false.
You will more depressed when you just divide your life into truth or fault. Life is colorful and that is why we can not see something from just one side, sometimes you do fault, but definitely there is a lesson from that fault.

5. Create plan.
Make your daily plan, so you are not easy to lose your focus or random in doing something. Make sure that you have plan and goal, so you will be focus on do it. More routine and planned will make you more organized and not losing direction.

6. Have a regular live.
This is important for your health. Eat healthy food, do the sport and rest enough are the easiest theraphy that you can do. No matter how busy you are, do not forget to do this obligation routinely. Because if you do not complete this routinely, you will be sick easily when stress and depression come to you.
